Cops say man with drugs tied to his penis peed on them

Ray Woods was arrested April 6 with a nervous bladder and 89 bags of drugs tied to his penis. Woods was collared by cops in Folcroft, Pa., who pulled him over for a broken taillight, and say they found pot in his car. It might have been a routine arrest had an officer not noticed "a large bulge" in Woods' pants. A search allegedly uncovered a large plastic bag containing 89 smaller bags of drugs tied to Woods' penis. As officers attempted to remove the bag, a nervous Woods began urinating. "In 14 years, I've seen it down their pants, in their ass, but I've never seen it tied to their penis," an officer said.
