It took just 20 minutes for the panel to throw Garcia-Mata in prison for life after his eighth conviction for driving while intoxicated, this time registering a blood-alcohol content of a whopping .446. That made his truck a deadly weapon in the jury's eyes, and now Garcia-Mata won't be eligible for parole until he's 75.
