Couple allegedly tries to exorcise kids outside Wal-Mart

Strange things happen in Wal-Marts. People get married, cook meth, fondle each other and apparently attempt exorcisms. An Illinois couple allegedly tied up their 5-year-old and 7-year-old kids and put duct tape over their eyes outside a Kansas Wal-Mart in June. A woman who saw the children bound on the cement called 911, and during a later hearing, a cop testified the couple’s older children said the family believed “demons had overtaken” the kids’ bodies and the parents were going to try to cast out the demons, though it’s unclear how exactly how. The couple was charged with child abuse and aggravated child endangerment, and Wal-Mart has another WTF notch in its belt. [Source]
