Simply set up two computers with their monitors facing each other (an ironing board will help out with this) and have your girlfriend plop herself down on your lap. You each get your own gaming experience, while also enjoying the physical contact so critical to human life. MountCleverest says the two played like this for at least an hour. But as one commenter noted, just be careful not to move when that boss comes up.
