Weather report is more exciting than we could have imagined

Oh, the hazards of being a TV weather forecaster. Dan Pope of Fox 13 in Utah probably thought they were limited to holding on to lampposts while reporting during hurricanes. Oh, no: As Pope finds out in this video, the real problems aren't personal danger but mockery. Pope was reporting on Tropical Storm John from the safety of his TV studio when a graphic tracker seemed to blossom from his groin. Add in a couple innocently but poorly chosen remarks about "the moisture from John" and some encouraging hand gestures, and you've made yourself into a meme. Note to graphics department: It's time to ban that shade of skin-pink.
