Boy suspended after displaying gun photo on his school-issued computer

Arizona high school freshman Daniel McClaine Jr. was suspended for using a picture of an AK-47 as the wallpaper on his school-issued computer. Although students are prohibited from posting photos that are "harassing, threatening or illegal," McClaine says his computer wallpaper doesn't fall into any of those categories.
