Cops blame mysterious death on spontaneous human combustion
2/20/2013Police in Oklahoma can’t explain how Danny Vanzandt died, but they have a theory: It was spontaneous human combustion. (We didn't say it was a GOOD theory.) The 65-year-old man's charred remains were discovered inside his home, but there was no damage to the furniture or upholstery surrounding him. Officers also noticed that the back windows of his truck had been blown out and, seriously, they believe that Vanzandt died when he spontaneously burst into flames. "I'm not saying that this has happened, I'm just saying that we haven't ruled it out," said Sheriff Ron Lockhart. "If you read about spontaneous human combustion, that's what we have here." [Source]
