Depression and stress are killing you, depressing study finds

Feeling down or on edge? This will surely cheer you up and calm you down: Depression and anxiety raise your risk of dying from heart attack, stroke, cancer and other factors, according to a new study published in the British Medical Journal. And while the risk of death was higher for those who were seriously bummed or stressed out, even those with forms of depression and anxiety too mild to prompt them to seek help -- about one out of every four people -- were at an increased risk of kicking off prematurely.
