Idiot judge says women's bodies won't allow them to get raped

Straight out of the "Things Only a Man Would Say" files, California's Judge Derek Johnson is now getting publicly admonished for pulling a Richard Mourdock during a 2008 trial. The Orange County judge said a rape victim "didn’t put up a fight," explaining, "I'm not a gynecologist, but I can tell you something: If someone doesn't want to have sexual intercourse, the body shuts down. The body will not permit that to happen." Ugh. Johnson sentenced the rapist, who threatened to mutilate his ex-girlfriend's face and privates with a heated screwdriver, to six years rather than the prosecutor's requested 16.
