Happy pup uses wheels to get around, but that doesn't slow him down

If this pup's wheels are slowin' his roll, you'd never know from this adorable birthday pic of him grinning on the beach and celebrating nine happy years of life on Tuesday. After having a spinal injury as a pup, his owner says he's used wheels to walk for eight of his nine years. But as you can see from the other two images in the photo gallery above, this optimistic little furball gets along just fine.
