Smart dog enjoys refined fun with garden hose

English Shepherds are like the sergeants of the dog world. They're super smart, are naturally inclined toward rules and discipline, love ordering (or herding) people (or animals) around and, judging by this video, they're fairly resourceful as well. Most dogs would have been happy just to drink out of this hose and get a cool down. But not Sagan. Sagan knows what he wants from his hose-play and, after a bit of indignant "shouting," he makes it happen. After that, it's like a sergeant on a weekend furlough, unrestrained fun and indulgence.
