These mortified pups couldn't give a hoot about making a fashion statement, and folks on the street are more likely to giggle at their high-stepping antics than admire their dress sense or lecture you on animal cruelty. Practical? May we remind you that doggie paws are waterproof. But if watching your pooch do the cancan and wiggle and shimmy in style floats your boat, please don't forget to get it on camera!
