Birth video offers a front-row seat to the dolphin delivery room

Check out this mesmerizing footage of a dolphin calf being born at Dolphin Quest Hawaii on Monday. Moms everywhere will be green with envy on hearing that mother dolphin Keo labored for only about an hour before her bundle of joy popped out. But 12-year-old Keo didn’t get much privacy with cameras, dolphin trainers and family members splashing around the lagoon while she delivered her baby girl. About 50 lucky observers also witnessed the miraculous event. For our part, we’re pretty happy with our front-row seat right here, where we can watch this wonder of nature over and over again.
