Trump on a lawsuit roll, demands $25M from 'Dump Trump' creator
2/20/2013To the surprise of absolutely no one, Donald Trump is threatening the creator of last year's "Dump Trump" campaign with a $25 million lawsuit. The promotion, which encourages Macy's to stop carrying Trump’s products, was created by Angelo Carusone (who has since been derided as a "loser" by Mr. Trump's counsel) and continues to collect signatures online. Carusone has vowed to keep Dump Trump alive, saying, "For me the worst thing is to succumb to bullying and intimidation." We think the whole thing will blow over.
