Dwight Howard's foul leads to ref getting body slammed

Dwight Howard hasn't been able to get his coach fired -- yet -- but he did manage to indirectly wipe out referee Bill Kennedy in the Magic's loss to the Knicks on Thursday night. Howard's hard foul sent New York's Landry Fields staggering along the baseline, where he bowled over the unsuspecting official with a well-placed shoulder block. Kennedy survived the day better than Howard's image did: After an unconvincing denial that he'd asked for coach Stan Van Gundy's head, Howard went scoreless for nearly three quarters in a desultory effort.
