Ed Hochuli celebrates end of NFL lockout with a round of push-ups
9/27/2012There's a long list of folks celebrating the end of the NFL referee lockout: fans, the president, and the refs themselves. Ed Hochuli, who's almost as well-known for his enormous muscles as he is for officiating football games, is especially pleased. When asked how many triumphant bicep curls he did when he heard rumors the lockout would end, he answered with a quip that delighted the Twitterverse: "As soon as I heard the rumors, I got down on the floor and started doing push-ups." The 61-year-old added that he and his fellow refs are "very glad" to be back. "We've worked very hard to be prepared. I think we're ready." [Source]
