Anyone want to hire Eliot Spitzer? He's out of a job again
1/7/2013Anyone in the market for a sexually disgraced former New York governor who has remade himself as a politically progressive TV host? Because (hang onto your socks) Eliot Spitzer's back on the market. The pol-turned-pundit announced that he was parting ways with Current TV, where he anchored a prime-time show, after the liberal news channel's recent sale to Al-Jazeera. Spitzer said the move was "more of my instigation" than the network's new owners, whom he called "serious and objective." Asked by the New York Times if he had political ambitions, as has been speculated, he laughed and said, "Others presume I have the ambitions. Let me leave it at that for now." [Source]
