Ranting Muppet arrested — business as usual in the big city

"Shackle-Me-Elmo" is back, and in front of the Times Square Toys "R" Us, too. Adam Sandler (no, not that Adam Sandler) was arrested in the fuzzy red costume of the popular Muppet character after going on another anti-Semitic rant, and sentenced to a couple days of community service. Just a few months ago, a scene in Central Park landed Sandler/Elmo in a psychiatric ward for evaluation.When passers-by stop to pose for photos with him but don't tip him, he goes ballistic.
