Elton John can't stop mooning celebrities in France

Elton John apparently really, really wants us all to admire his buttocks. (Eat your heart out, Katy Perry.) Last week, the Rocket Man reportedly dropped trou and waggled his rump like a candle in the wind in a special greeting for “X Factor” honcho Simon Cowell as their yachts passed each other in St. Tropez (wonder how Cowell critiqued it). On Monday, the 65-year-old pop legend engaged the same cheeky antics when his watercraft passed veteran actor Michael Caine’s yacht.
