Cabbie arrested for offering women one ride for another (tee hee)

An Arizona cab driver was arrested this week for allegedly offering women the option to pay for one ride with another, so to speak. Over the course of two consecutive days, 43-year-old Eric Vincent reportedly offered two women a (ahem) "deferred payment plan" for their cab fare. One woman went to his employer, Discount Cab Company, and the other to the police. When questioned, Vincent admitted that he had offered both women rides in exchange for sexual favors, as if that was a Thing People Did.
