As the election nears, another equally important race has been taking place: Who is the baby with the most evil glare in the land? Ilana Wiles, a blogger for the site mommyshorts.com sought to answer this question with the second-annual Evil Baby Glare-off. Hundreds of images were submitted to the blog's Facebook page, each showing an otherwise adorable tot displaying a look of malevolent rage. But in the end, there could only be one winner. A girl named Kadence took home the title for, as Wiles put it, having "what it takes to make Dick Cheney piss his pants."
