Featured in the upcoming season of TLC's "Extreme Cheapskates," Kay claims she has not used a washer or dryer in three years and does not use toilet paper in her unflinching bid to scrimp through the recession. "Whenever I have dirty clothes, I try to wash them while I'm showering," she says.
