Facebook changes everyone's email to @facebook.com

Facebook made the rather boneheaded and invasive decision today to switch all its users' default email address to @facebook.com without informing anyone, so here's how you can undo their lame attempt at forcing their unpopular email service on you. Facebook launched their email service in 2010 — and no one seemed to notice (or uses it). The company offered a vague explanation for its intrusive action, saying "people have had the ability to control what posts they want to show or hide on their own timelines, and today we're extending that to other information they post, starting with the Facebook address."
