Half of moms join Facebook to stalk their kids, other half are lying

A recent survey has confirmed what every child already knew: The only reason your mom is on Facebook is so she can track your every move. According to Education Database Online, about 50 percent of parents on the social network joined for the sole purpose of keeping tabs on their kids. Even creepier, 43 percent of parents admitted to checking their child's profile daily, and another 31 percent said they checked at least 45 times per week. The reseachers also noted that, while 92 percent of kids are friends with their parents who have online profiles, about 30 percent would unfriend their parents if they could. [Source]
