Looking at your own Facebook photos boosts your mood
3/18/2013We all know — and science has proven— that looking at Facebook photos can make us miserable. But it turns out that may only be true about other people's photos. Looking at old photos of ourselves, researchers now say, boosts our mood. This allows us to "connect with our past selves" — reminding us of good times "when our present selves need reassuring," the study's lead author says. [Source]
