In memoriam: Turns out it's pretty easy to 'kill' someone on Facebook

It’s just too easy to die on Facebook. All it took for the profile of Rusty Foster, 36, to be turned into a "memorial page" was someone filling out a form on Facebook and linking to an obituary of a deceased person with the same name. Foster is still with us, however, and when he tried to log in to Facebook, he discovered he'd been locked out of his account. Foster has since regained access but thinks there should be extra verification steps to the process, such as a courtesy email to the account holder to check if reports of his death are greatly exaggerated.
