Investigators are looking into the circumstances surrounding a major bomb scare last year that led to the partial shutdown of a parking garage at Sydney's domestic airport. Hertz rental-car cleaners found the fake explosives hidden in a returned car's glove compartment. A bomb squad traced them to a "close personal protection operatives” training facility, which had used the car — and the props — in a student exercise and apparently neglected to remove them.
