Falcons fan reportedly stabbed in throat after NFC loss to 49ers

An Atlanta Falcons fan was allegedly stabbed in the throat by a 49ers fan right after San Francisco's Championship victory at the Georgia Dome. According to witnesses, crowds were leaving the stadium after the Falcons' Super Bowl-dreams-crushing 28-24 loss when a Falcons fan reportedly punched a 49ers fan. Some reports said pepper spray was also involved, and at some point the San Francisco fan then pulled out a knife and stabbed the Atlanta fan, officials said. The victim's condition was unknown, and police said it was also unclear whether either fan in question had attended the game. [Source]
