The Feds have announced they won't change their marijuana policy, even if all three states with measures on the ballot vote to legalize the substance. In an episode of "60 Minutes" scheduled to air today, a top Justice Department official has said the federal government's stance would be unchanged in the event of legalization — and officials would be ready to combat any "dangers" associated with state-approved recreational pot. As the election draws closer, many are predicting a face-off between states and the Feds if Colorado, Washington, or Oregon vote for legalization.
