Danger! The nation's supply of million-dollar homes is running low
12/29/2012As if being a millionaire wasn't hard enough already, new data shows that there may not be enough luxury mansions to go around. The Wall Street Journal reports that the number of available homes costing $1 million and more has dropped by 8 percent this year. To put the plight facing today's millionaires in perspective, it would take roughly 12 months to sell every million-dollar home that was on the market as of October. Last year, it would have taken 21 months. (Gasp!) So keep those poor millionaires in your thoughts, and if you see one, tell them things are bound to get better. [Source]
