Fitness trainer sued for having too much sex
8/24/2012Renee Linnell believed in the low-impact, stretch-heavy workout known as Gyrotonics so much that she invested $225,000 in the trainer who introduced it to her, former lover Billy Macagnone. But when Macagnone, an admitted sex addict, began burning calories with numerous female clients between the sheets in the apartment above the Body Evolutions exercise studio the two ran together, Linnell filed a lawsuit. She claims the multiple trysts (and Macagnone's need for frequent naps to save up his energy for them) negatively affected the business and its bottom line. Of course, his breaking up with these clients via Facebook, Linnell contends, didn't help business much, either. [Source]
