Florida drunk driving suspect has craziest mug shot ever

Florida, don't ever change. An insane 29-year-old, Kelsey Smith of Volusia County, gave one of the best mug-shot faces of all time after being arrested on charges of drunk driving. The demented Gene Simmons wannabe spit blood in the face of officers and was stun-gunned out of his car; he was so uncooperative that he had to be held in place for the photograph. He also intentionally smashed his face, and cops had to put a "spit hood" over his head just to get him in the squad car. It's total craziness, but just imagine if he had taken bath salts.
