As if Florida wasn't, erm, lovably idiosyncratic enough, it can now boast the highest number of folks packing hidden heat legally in the country. A milestone million concealed weapons permits have been issued in the Sunshine State according to Agriculture and Consumer Services Commissioner Adam Putnam. That's 1 in 14 of Floridians eligible to do so taking the opportunity to carry a concealed firearm.
