Footprints in the snow lead cops right to burglar's doorstep
12/27/2012The first rule of snow is: don't eat it if it's yellow. The second rule, brought to you by a dumb alleged criminal in Idaho, is: if you're planning on stealing people's things after snow, just don't. Police say Cade Thomas Dixon, 20, tried to enter more than 100 vehicles and unburdened two cars of the goodies therein including a GPS unit and a little cash. How were Idaho Falls' finest able to thwart this criminal mastermind, we hear you ask? They simply followed the trail of footprints along the parked cars right to Dixon's home, where they arrested the pitiable moron. [Source]
