Forbes has released its list of the 400 Richest People in America, and guess what? You’re still not on it. Bill Gates is though — again. The world's premier philanthropist literally can't give it away fast enough. His fortune increased by $7 billion, keeping him in the top spot for the 19th consecutive year. Mark Zuckerberg, who famously took a bath when Facebook's IPO tanked this year, was the list's biggest loser as he slipped from 14th to 36th place. But don't feel too bad for him. His wallet is still bursting at the seams with $9.4 billion.
