Forever 21 thinks women look better without kneecaps
3/24/2012With spring on its way and everyone getting ready to bare more skin in shorts and short skirts, Forever 21's online shoppers may notice something about the site's models. They appear to have had their kneecaps completely airbrushed out, as Buzzfeed noticed. Sure, we're used to seeing shapely thighs and waists slimmed down in catalogues and on laughably petite store mannequins, but getting shamed for having knees is taking things a bit far. We should all agree women look sexier when they have recognizable, human features such as kneecaps. After all, isn't it more attractive to be able to bend your legs when you walk than to shuffle around like a penguin?
