Osama bin Laden's translator hates LeBron James
8/18/2012When LeBron James left Cleveland two years ago, there was a backlash so severe it took the Miami Heat star nearly two seasons to repair his image (an NBA title and gold medal helped). Still, you can’t please everyone, including a former translator for Osama bin Laden. Muhammad Rahim, an Al Qaeda member currently detained at Guantanamo Bay, is still pissed at Bron Bron’s departure. Rahim’s attorney, Carlos Warner, recently released letters he’d received from his client. In one, Rahim wrote, “Lebron James is very bad man. He should apologize to the city of Cleveland.” Rahim's beef with LeBron stems from the translator's tribal beliefs, which places a premium on loyalty. [Source]
