Four New Zealand men caught with 11 sheep in small car is no joke
2/20/2013Ever heard a joke of questionable taste about the weird things New Zealanders do to sheep? About that. Police were "appalled" when they stopped a vehicle near Hastings, NZ, in the early hours and found four men were being kept company by 11 sheep in the small four-door hatchback. The sheep were hogtied, with Constable Darren Cooper saying it was lucky none of them had perished. The poor critters have been returned to their rightful owners and the men were charged with theft and "the ill treatment of the sheep." [Source]
