But whoops -- another rich person has beat you to it! For a completely reasonable $61 million ($9,733 per square foot) an unidentified buyer purchased the eighth-floor apartment in Hong Kongs famed, Frank Gehry-designed Opus building. The apartment is the second most expensive in the world, right behind London’s One Hyde Park.
