As winter begins to tighten its grip on the northern hemisphere, it can be deceptive to look outside and misjudge temperatures if the sun is shining brightly. So next time, be on the lookout for frost shadows. Redditor rhiles posted an incredible shot of frost left on sections of grass that had been in the shadows of several parked cars. Matching perfectly to the contour of the vehicles that caused them, the shadows are both amazing to behold and chilling enough to actually make us feel as though we need a jacket. And don't bother trying to claim the name Frost Shadows for your band. One Redditor already called dibs. [Source]
