There is no holiday tradition with as much opportunity to go spectacularly wrong as the photo with Santa. Except for the Santa who got fired for not being jolly, our hearts go out to all of these brave seasonal workers, who are trying to spread some holiday cheer, only to face their share of spit-up, tantrums, crying spells and teenagers who think posing with Santa is a hysterical new idea.
