Two pretty men have created an increasingly ugly situation. After Halle Berry's fiancé, actor Olivier Martinez, and her ex/baby-daddy model Gabriel Aubry scuffled outside Berry's home on Thanksgiving (happy holidays!), Aubry was charged with misdemeanor battery and slapped with a restraining order. Now, Aubry insists he was the victim and that Martinez, who has boasted about his boxing skills, jumped him unprovoked after threatening him the day before.
