Galicia Malone was excited about voting for the first time. Nothing was going to stop the 21-year-old Chicago-area woman from casting her ballot. Not even giving birth. Malone was so determined to vote that when she went into labor at 3 a.m. today, she refused to go to the hospital until after her polling station opened and she could cast her ballot.
