Convict's plan to escape jail in suitcase ruined by weak girlfriend

If you’re planning on visiting a Venezuelan jail, don’t bring any luggage. Suitcases are on the forbidden list now that 5-foot-3-inch convicted murderer Gavinson Garcia was busted curled up in one that was being carried out of prison by his girlfriend. His master plan was based on the fact that visitors are searched upon arrival, not upon exiting. (And apparently bringing an empty suitcase into the building raised no red flags).
