George Lucas gets engaged, proves 'Star Wars' nerds can land girls

There's new hope for all those lonely nerd stereotypes after all. George Lucas is engaged to his longtime girlfriend Mellody Hobson, his production company Lucasfilm Ltd. confirmed after his daughter Amanda blabbed the news on Twitter. Hobson, the 43-year-old president of Chicago investment firm Ariel Investments LLC, has been involved with Lucas, 68, for the past six years. The date and location of the nuptials have not been made public. We hope the couple will spend many years together happily bickering about whether Han or Greedo shot first. [Source] and [Source]
