Man allegedly uses smear tactic against ex: wiping feces on alimony

There are acrimonious divorces and there are spectacularly sh*tty ones. Take for instance, the split between Gerald Desiderio and his ex-wife. The bartender from Long Island was arrested for allegedly sending his ex, who lives in Arizona, alimony checks in the mail — checks he covered in poop. (Whose poop, and how he schmeared it, we don’t want to know.) Since the checks were mailed through the U.S. Postal system, Desiderio was charged in federal court.
