Giraffe keeps head far above water in a resort's pool

Is this the luckiest giraffe in the world? Three-year-old Monduli was raised by staff at the Kilimanjaro Golf and Wildlife Estate in Tanzania, and he often returns there to visit his friends -- and swim in the pool. He's also known to terrify visiting polo ponies into submission on the hotel's playing field. There is one problem: He's the only giraffe on the estate -- so his caretakers think he might be lonely. "He is accompanied by lots of zebra, wildebeest [and other exotic animals], but he thinks he is a human being, hence the dip in the pool," the general manager said.
