Four-year-old girl heroically saves younger sister after car crash
2/22/2013Sometimes, within a tragic story, a hero emerges. Only rarely is that hero is too young to attend kindergarten. An Oregon 4-year-old is being credited with saving her 2-year-old sister's life following a car crash that killed their mother. According to Washington State Patrol troopers, the girl, who was injured in the crash, gently pulled her more seriously injured sister from the car and covered them both with a blanket to protect them from cold and rain until, hours later, help arrived.
