4/23/2012Giuliana Rancic's dream of having a baby is coming true. After struggling to conceive and even suffering a miscarriage, Rancic and her husband, Bill, will soon be parents via surrogate. The pair announced the news to E! Online and followed it up quickly with an in-person reveal on the "Today" show. "We are so thrilled that our prayers have been answered," Giuliana told E!. The baby is due in late summer. Fans who have followed the couple's efforts to start a family greeted the news on Twitter overwhelmingly with one triumphant word: "finally!"
