Gotye makes mash-up of 'Somebody That I Used to Know' video covers

The fact that roughly one squillion people have done video covers, tributes, or spoofs of Gotye's "Somebody That I Used to Know" must be extraordinarily emboldening. And Gotye wasn't content to just bask in all the attention. Using countless video clips (we literally tried to count them and failed), the artist put together an incredibly fun and beautiful mash-up vid. "I couldn't resist the massive remixability that such a large, varied yet connected bundle of source material offered," he explained in the YouTube notes.
